Happy spring, fellow romantics....and thanks to those who came to our upper
Eastside gig at The Underscore on the day of the rat. We drank until we
stopped and a swell time wuz had by all.

Anyway, we're back at THE CONTINENTAL this TUESDAY, 3/28 at 9:00 for a 30
minute set. For those of you who aint heard, The Continental is apparently
closing their doors this summer to become....are ya ready....an effin sports
bar!!....gasp, gasp, aaaaghh!! C'mon already! How many buffalo wings can
you gobble in yer smelly purple jerseys whilst cheering illegitimate felons
chasing a ball around in the dirt? Apparently quite a few...

These are sad times: no more Continental, CBGB's, Milosevic or Saddam. So
much for rock 'n 'roll in these days of bullet catchin' rappers and
colon-condomed Clay Aikens. Soooo, get it while you can....The Continental
is suuuuuch a cool joint wif a great history...twill be a true loss.

Since we're a sociologically unconcerned band, we're prolly gonna play an
oft-requested, perennial favorite of ours: "CHURCHBURNING, EH?" as a
political tribute to dem Carolina college kiddies incendiating all those
houses of worship. God bless ya!
